Who we are

TerminPro is an independent appointment monitoring service for expats in Germany. Contact: hello@terminpro.com

What data we collect

• Account data: email address, name (from Google sign-in), subscription plan
• Alert preferences: city, exam type, date/time filters, notification channels
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we store Stripe customer/subscription IDs only
• Usage data: anonymized analytics via Plausible (no cookies, GDPR-friendly)
• Affiliate clicks: salted hash of IP address (not raw IP) for prep course tracking

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide appointment search, alert notifications, and subscription billing. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Data hosting

Database hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (Supabase EU). Email via Postmark. Payments via Stripe.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@terminpro.com. You can delete your account by contacting us or cancelling your subscription.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. Analytics are cookieless (Plausible).
