1. Service description

TerminPro monitors publicly available German appointment booking portals and notifies users when matching slots appear. We are not affiliated with any government authority or exam provider. All bookings are made directly on official websites.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. One person per account unless on a team plan.

3. Subscriptions

• Free plan: up to 2 active alerts, email notifications with 30-minute delay
• Premium plan: unlimited alerts, instant notifications, push and SMS (where enabled)
• Premium is billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Cancel anytime from account settings — access continues until period end

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or resell access without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee slot availability. Scraped data may be delayed or incomplete. TerminPro is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for missed appointments or visa/citizenship deadlines.
